We aim to process and ship all orders within 48-72 hours of the order being placed. Orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.

We offer standard shipping across all regions we serve. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected:

Standard Delivery: Typically takes 3-7 business days from the dispatch date.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier delays.

Shipping Rates

We offer competitive shipping rates based on your location and order size. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details. You can use this information to track your package online until it reaches your doorstep.

Undeliverable Packages

In case a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply in such cases.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship domestically within India. International shipping is currently unavailable but may be offered in the future.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure a replacement or refund is provided as applicable.

Refund Policy

At Banjaara, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy outlines our conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read the following information carefully.


1. Returns

We accept returns for most items within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase with the item you are returning.

Certain products are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Intimate clothing or apparel.
  • Clearance or sale items.

Please ensure that you carefully read the product page for any return restrictions before purchasing.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@banjaara.in within 5 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our support team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Once approved, pack the item securely and send it to our returns department with the RMA number marked on the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

  • Refund Timelines: Refunds typically take 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds: In some situations, partial refunds may be granted if the item is not returned in its original condition or has been used.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we offer free exchanges. Please contact us at support@banjaara.in with the details and a photo of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Exchange Process: After approval, we will ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost, provided the original item is returned to us in its original condition.
  • Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the product. If an exchange is not possible, we will offer a full refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeline, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again, as there may be processing delays.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank to confirm whether the refund is in process.
  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@banjaara.in, and we will assist you further.

6. Sale and Discounted Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items, clearance items, or items purchased with a discount are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.


7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the items have not yet been shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact support@banjaara.in with your order details.


8. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Lost or Damaged Returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.
