Refund policy

At Banjaara, every product goes through a careful quality check before it reaches you. From craftsmanship to packaging, our team personally inspects each piece to ensure it meets the standard our customers trust us for.

Because of this rigorous quality process, we currently do not offer returns. However, we do offer an exchange policy for cases where it is genuinely necessary — such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item being delivered.

We believe this policy reflects the same care and confidence in our products that we hope you feel when you shop with us.

Our Exchange Policy

We're happy to offer an exchange under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product or variant
  • The item is significantly different from what was ordered

Exchange Window

  • Requests must be raised within 36 hours of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following categories are not eligible for exchange, unless received damaged or defective:

  • Consumable items (dry fruits, chocolates, sweets, etc.)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Products used, altered, or without original packaging

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us within 36 hours of receiving your order
  2. Share your order number, along with clear photos or a short video of the product showing the issue
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps within 2–3 business days
  4. Once approved, we'll guide you through the exchange process, including pickup or shipping details
